1. Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to your use of PromptCanvasAI (promptcanvasai.com), owned and operated by Kamran Gazi, Bangladesh. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What the website provides
PromptCanvasAI publishes AI image prompts, example images and tutorials for free. We do not provide an AI image tool. To create images, you use third-party AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Gemini, under those tools’ own terms.
3. Using our prompts
You may copy the prompts on this website and use them to create images for personal or commercial projects. You may not copy or republish the prompt library, or a substantial part of it, as a collection on another website, app or product without our written permission.
4. Your responsibility for AI images
You are responsible for the images you create and how you use them. In particular:
- Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission.
- Do not create images that deceive, harass, defame or sexualize anyone, or that impersonate a real person.
- Never create sexual or exploitative images involving minors.
- Follow the terms and content policies of the AI tool you use.
- Follow the law where you live, including laws on privacy, likeness and copyright.
5. Results are not guaranteed
AI image tools produce different results each time and change often. Example images show the style a prompt aims for. We do not guarantee that a prompt will produce a particular result, that it will work in a particular tool, or that a tool’s output is free of errors or third-party rights.
6. Third-party tools and links
PromptCanvasAI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Midjourney or any other AI company named on the website. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
7. Our content
The website’s text, design, logo and prompt library are owned by Kamran Gazi and are protected by copyright and other laws, except where we allow use under the “Using our prompts” section. Example images remain the property of their owners and are used under their licenses.
8. Acceptable use of the website
Do not use the website to break the law, try to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it in bulk, or send spam through the contact form.
9. Advertising
The website is free because it shows ads, including ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third parties, and we do not endorse the products or services advertised.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, the prompts or any third-party AI tool. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
